This is the Sierra Wireless 250U USB modem. You can sign up for the mobile broadband service through Sprint or through Time Warner Cable (In select locations). Here you see where both of the antenna ports are and the purposes of each port.

This is the only 4G/3G antenna we offer for Sprint and Time Warner. This antenna is great and portable, will Velcro to the back of your laptop/desktop.
